Digital reporting is becoming an essential part of the future of sustainability disclosure. But for many professionals, terms like XBRL, tagging, and taxonomies can feel overly technical and difficult to approach.
This short online training is designed to change that.
It offers a practical and accessible introduction to digital sustainability reporting, helping participants understand the core concepts behind digital reports and how organizations use frameworks such as GRI, IFRS, and ESRS taxonomies in practice. Rather than getting lost in technical language, participants are guided step by step through the key ideas, tools, and approaches needed to build confidence in this fast-evolving area.
By the end of the session, participants will have:
- a clearer understanding of the role and importance of digital reporting
- familiarity with essential concepts such as XBRL and tagging
- insights into how frameworks such as GRI, IFRS and ESRS taxonomies are used in practice
- stronger confidence in navigating a reporting landscape that is becoming increasingly digital and data-driven
- official GRI certification upon completion
This training is ideal for reporting practitioners, consultants, advisors, and sustainability professionals looking for a solid first step into digital reporting.
