We will present two tools that might be interesting for Sustainability reporters:
1. A new interactive tool EasySR is available for Sustainability reporters that wish to use an interactive program to collect all information required by GRI. Several users can enter data and external experts involved to approve the data. The results can be presented in a question-answer format or given to experienced report writers and designers to prepare a full report.
easySR breaks down the preparation for sustainability report into three steps:
- Defining your materiality: Materiality Topics will be chosen automatically according to the industry you are in. Option to add more topics is available to fine-tune it according to your needs
- Automatically match selected materiality to related GRI disclosures
- Simplify information gathering across different department and geographic and start writing your sustainability report which can be done anytime and anywhere
2 . The Sustainable Event Management System monitors the sustainability performance of events and creates opportunities to learn, monitor, benchmark, and compare with others. In addition, it also measures the CO₂ footprint that was developed in collaboration with the foundation myclimate www.sustainable-events.com
